Sales Executive

We are looking for a new member of staff to work with our sales team. Our dealership is open from 8:00am - 5:30pm.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Actively seeking out customers in store
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assessing customers needs and providing assistance and information on products and their features
  • “Going the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Keeping the showroom and stock clean and tidy
  • Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options
  • Building productive and friendly relationships with customers

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience working in a sales environment
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • A helpful and polite manner, and be able to work as part of a team

Motorcycle Technician

We're looking for an experienced motorcycle technician to join our team and work with some of the motorcycle market's most successful and popular brands. Our dealership is open from 8:00am - 5:30pm.

The successful candidate must have technical experience of modern motorcycles and be able to use current diagnostic equipment. From time to time you may also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood.

If you have franchise workshop experience and are also a qualified MOT tester that would be advantageous.

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years technical experience with modern motorcycles and be able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting franchise standards.

You must be a self-starter with a flexible can do attitude, able to work as part of a successful team and possess a good attention to detail.
