Kawasaki Release Brand New 2013 Z800 and Ninja 300 Models

The name “Ninja” implies the very best sporting performance that Kawasaki has to offer.

In the case of the all-new Ninja 300, it means a larger-displacement 296 cm3 engine with the power and torque to eclipse everything in its class, racetrack-level chassis stability, and race-derived clutch technology offering a supersport-style back-torque limiter and increased ride feel.

Reduced vibration and new heat management technology result in the high-quality ride feel and comfort level one would expect from a much larger machine.

With its large-volume bodywork, the Ninja 300 can easily be mistaken for a larger machine – an image reinforced by numerous styling cues from our flagship Ninja models. From its aggressive new dual headlights to its sharp, minimalist tail cowl, every surface of new Ninja was painstakingly sculpted to ensure a high level of fit and finish, impressive silhouette and undeniable Ninja presence.

Designed to outshine all other bikes in its class, the new Ninja 300 delivers increased performance and riding excitement, stunning new styling, and ride quality and comfort that exceed that of the 250-class.
Due for release in October, the Ninja 300 is sure to be at the top of many riders shopping lists.

2013 Kawasaki Z800Hot on the heels of the all new Ninja 300 we are pleased to bring you brief details of another all-new model for the 2013 line up, the Z800. With leaked images and ill-informed speculation appearing on various websites, public interest has been building. Now Kawasaki can announce official details ahead of the bike's full launch to the public and press on October 2nd at the Intermot show in Germany.
The Z800 will no doubt build on Kawasaki's formidable reputation and dominant sales position in the naked street-fighter segment.

Combining an innovative, forward looking styling approach with many engine, chassis and rider friendly upgrades, the new Z800 looks set to maintain Kawasaki's record braking sales position in this ever popular market sector, a sector that has remained buoyant in difficult times and one in which Kawasaki excels.
Delivering superior power and torque via the new 806cc engine allied to a carefully crafted riding package, the successor to the hugely popular Z750 is being seen as a machine destined to appeal to riders keen to express their individuality with the addition of a variety of factory genuine accessories.

Equally able on long sweeping A roads and demanding weekend riding trips as in the intimate urban environment, we think the Z800 will become an extension of the personality of its owners thanks to avant-garde looks coupled with a variety of clever engineering solutions taking this bike and the class to the next level.

At a time when many manufacturers either compromise or hesitate to launch innovative models, the Z800 stands out as a fresh, new, exciting prospect – a true middleweight contender with a knockout punch.
Full spec and availability for both models will be announced in early October.
