Motorcycles Direct, the group name for Lloyd Cooper Motorcycles Ltd. and Lids Direct Ltd., has now taken over ownership of Colchester Kawasaki Ltd. This now makes the ever expanding Motorcycles Direct group the number one Kawasaki dealer in the UK!

Motorcycles Direct are now able to service the whole of East Anglia from their Colchester Kawasaki premises, as well as the rest of the UK, with the full Kawasaki range and an outstanding level of customer service. In the past, Lloyd Cooper - Motorcycles Direct have won multiple awards, including MCN dealer of the year and Rider Power dealer awards, and are keen to extend their high level of experience and customer care to Colchester Kawasaki Ltd.

Colchester Kawasaki is a well established motorcycle dealer based in Colchester, Essex with over 25 years experience. They are home to the Official Kawasaki BSB Racing Team – MSS Colchester Kawasaki, have an extensive Kawasaki Motocross department and race team, and will add a massive sports and race experience to the Motorcycles Direct name.

Kawasaki have just announced a new ER-6N, ER-6F and ZZR1400 for their 2012 lineup.

We are now taking pre-orders on these models. The ER-6 range will be available this year and the ZZR1400 will be available at the beginning of 2012.

Tuesday night bike meet - We ride to the White Hart Pub in Bovingdon (HP5 3RL) every Tuesday night (around 7.30 / 8pm) as the pub has just started to house a weekly bike meet.

Last Sunday (10th April) saw our first rideout of the year The day was a massive success with over 70 riders turning up and riding through Hertfordshire roads with a stop off at Dunstable Downs and finishing up at the roundbush pub in Aldenham
